As the Resourcing Lead for the First Five Years Graduate Programme, Strategy & and the Delivering Deals Value (DDV) practices, I oversee the cross-sector deployment of approximately 900 consultants. My role is anchored in managing the intricate balance of resourcing needs across Financial Services, Private Sector, Government, and Health Clients.Navigating a dynamic and highly pressurised environment, I ensure that our client delivery teams are assembled efficiently and effectively. I am the direct line manager for the Resourcing Officers, guiding them in meeting utilisation targets and optimising portfolio performance. My responsibilities include real-time monitoring of our resourcing strategy, providing critical insights, and reporting to lead Partners and Managing Stakeholders.
