ABOUT CAIDEN DOAN
I\'m a student at Northwood University, where I\'m double majoring in Management and Entrepreneurship. My main focus is on being a leader in the construction sector. I have worked in electrical contracting since I was 16. I have gained hands-on experience on commercial and industrial projects and learned how works come together from the ground up. Over time, I\'ve moved into helping with the business side by managing bids, analyzing submissions, and working on project management and business development. I love using my real-world expertise and smart thinking to help construction companies grow in a way that is both efficient and long-lasting. I\'m always happy to chat to people in trades, management, or development.
