Recruiting new hire, conducting on boarding interviews and exit interviews•Review new hires in HR/Payroll System, CEGID les in accordance with state and federal regulations.I-9 forms and keep updated Visa documentation•Assist in the gathering of documentation and data provided to external auditorsdential administrative support to the HR department in areas related to general administration, reporting, payroll and complia•Create basic reports and research information in the payroll system as needed•Process changes in 401(k) enrollment (HIRS-Biweekly) and Transit Check Enrollment (Monthly)•Review weekly Vendor File Transfer Files and make corrections as needed.• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs• Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited tocompensation, benefits, and leave; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Process payroll by calculating payable hours, bonuses, and ensuring tax withholdings and deductions are accurately configured.• Monitor changes in payroll-related data, prepare changes, corrections, and/or adjustments as necessary.• Maintain payroll records for all employees (i.e. pay rates, direct deposit, deductions, tax documents, etc.)• Verify submitted payroll information for proper account codes, pay rates, and related data.• Responds to and resolves any inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related matters.• Assist employees in completing necessary payroll documentation and forms.• Ensure internal controls are met for to ensure payroll accuracy for each pay period.• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all necessary employee paperwork is completed.Excel V lookup Pivot tables
