With over 16 years of experience in internal controls, audit, and risk management, I am the Risk & Compliance Head - Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) region at Sodexo, a global leader in quality of life services. I hold the professional credentials of Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and I have extensive expertise in various business areas and sectors.In my current role, I define, implement, and review the internal controls environment as per the Sodexo Group framework across countries, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of ethics and governance. I also liaise with the Group Internal Audit team and assist with the facilitation of all audit processes and outputs.
