Red Light Management has become the largest independent music management company in the world.• Working alongside the other Red Light offices in LA, Charlottesville and New York to coordinate the client’s projects worldwide. • Arranging travel for artists (including international flights, trains, ferries and coaches)- finding the best deals and booking appropriate accommodation according to the artists\' preferences and maintaining a strong relationship with travel agents. This also includes assessing the feasibility of the tour logistics. I organise visas/work permits when needed and coordinate with visa agencies / embassies to ensure that visas are processed in time. Have also arranged carnets which are required for certain territories.• Organising appropriate transport for the artists especially when they have a bigger entourage, eg. sourcing sleeper buses, splitter vans, trailers.• Reading through gig contracts and discussing any changes to clauses with the booking agent to see what compromises can be made (if any).• Advancing with the promoter and ensuring that I receive all of the information required for the artists\' itineraries and riders.• Sourcing booking session musicians and touring/production crew as required.• Creating budget reports to analyse the profit/loss of each show and assess the logistics for the possibility of doing the show. Issuing invoices, uploading bills and doing general book keeping using Xero cloud accounting software. Also work closely with the client\'s business managers to provide accurate finance reports and sorting out relevant foreign tax forms for musicians when required.• Maintain musicians’ PRO accounts including MCPS, PRS, PPL, Soundexchange, APRA, AMCOS as well as direct with publishing companies ensuring registrations are up to date, liaising with each society/company.
