Must haves - A stomach for getting challenged & feedbacks on the business model, decision-making/ strategy/ execution -Culturally fit =>passionate teams with performance/goal focus and accountability for continuous improvement(Not average traditional culture, where majority of man-hours are encouraged to spend in story telling, gossip, just coffee:), excuses & no proper math =>bad decisions, presentations for self marketing, which %99.9 of the time a major reason for poor individual & company performance. Or, man-hours are spent this way because there was never a required skillset to compete in the first place? Ratio of this mix here does not matter: Result is always the same : Poor performance ==> failures in the market for local ones, or satisfied poor management teams with low standarts in globals)-Simply, only management teams/investors/founders/developers without these cancer cells should reach out.(To max. outcome / effort)
