Cagdas is an accomplished Global Engineering Leader with two decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing and lifecycle management of precision electromechanical components. His comprehensive skill set includes project management, agile development, mechanical design, DRBFM, FMEA, lean manufacturing, enabling him to drive impactful results across various engineering and manufacturing domains.
