My focus is on creating clear systems, disciplined processes, and decision frameworks that allow teams to scale responsibly while maintaining trust, accountability, and impact.My career began in advocacy, where I led campaigns and legislative initiatives across education, survivor justice, and climate. That work shaped how I approach operations today: with an understanding of institutional constraints, stakeholder dynamics, and the real-world implications of systems design. I bring a people-centered approach to operational leadership with an emphasis on clarity, follow-through, and building structures that last.
