I have 20 years total of high volume office administration experience with 14 of those years in a management/leadership position. I have 17 years total of a variety of professional management experience between corporations & family owned businesses in the following industries: Funeral, Cremation, Professional moving, Corporate retail, Human Resources, Sales, & Marketing. I\'ve spent 8 years of my career successfully improving corporate locations or small businesses that have had sales decreases, poor turnover rate, employee performance issues, or that weren\'t meeting Company expectations & needs.
