I am focused on becoming a strong software engineer with an interest in climate and space applications! Support student growth through individualized instruction, weekly lesson recaps, and collaboration with parents and schools.Key responsibilities-Lead small-group math sessions using guided practice and structured problem-solving-Create and adapt lesson plans to different grade levels and student learning needs-Provide weekly written lesson summaries for families, highlighting student progress and next steps-Communicate with parents to ensure consistent support and address learning challenges-Support classroom management, maintain a positive learning environment, and foster confidence in math skills-Coordinate with school staff for scheduling, room preparation, and smooth delivery of after-school programming.
