Accumulating experience in the Real Estate Leasing, Marketing, Sales, and Investment space since 2014; Cade has intimate knowledge in the Single-Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential & Marketing. He leverages his real estate experience to invest in real estate but primarily chases his passion of writing & connecting small business owners with affluent neighborhoods/ideal audiences. Cade currently owns & operates a publication based out of Windsor, CO in Stroll Ptarmigan Hills & Meadows while serving as an Area Director for N2 Publishing. Cade\'s future professional goals are to open publications in Fort Collins & Berthoud by year 2025. Additionally, he wishes to continue operating his own Real-Estate Investing business while pursuing other business ventures that interest him. His personal goal is provide an abundant lifestyle to his family and give back 15% of his income to charities and local communities in Northern Colorado. Additionally, he aspires to assist with providing proper education and resources for those individuals initially getting into the the Real Estate & Publication Industry.
