About Cade Peplinski

Persistence, leadership, and loyalty are some of the qualities that come to mind when defining my work-oriented qualities. I pride myself on being a level-headed individual with a desire to find my place in the business world and better any community that I might find myself a part of. I graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing along with a minor in Spanish. I spent my first year after college as a Sales Representative at E. & J. Gallo Winery in Orange County, CA.I worked with Vector Marketing for two years where I strengthened my interpersonal skills with customers as well as peers. In my first summer, I focused on direct customer sales and emphasized honing my sales experience. In my second summer, I focused more on Sales Management as well as continuing my personal sales. In 20••••22 I drove for UberEats and DoorDash while competing in college athletics, maintaining my full course load, and continuing some Vector Marketing sales. In my position as a Sales Representative at Gallo, I improved my sales technique and learned a great deal about the alcohol industry, while growing and bettering myself along the way. My role as Associate Account Executive Team Lead helped round out my sales skillset as I continued to learn and develop my career. My role as Mid-Market Account Executive covering southern Mississippi and southwest Alabama at Verkada gave me invaluable full sales cycle and outbound experience. I am now learning the construction industry as a SMB Account Executive at Procore!
