A 4th generation west Georgian, his roots run deep along the banks of the Chattahoochee River. Cade has an active law practice with offices in both Carroll and Haralson Counties. It has been wide ranging since he was first admitted to the bar. Mr. Parian’s legal career began at a large civil litigation defense firm in Birmingham where he represented automobile and recreational vehicle manufacturers. The mentoring he received at this law firm came from some of the best products liability defense lawyers in America. Cade Parian’s career then took a turn homeward to Carrollton, Georgia. Settling back down in the Eastern time zone, his “small town” law career was anything but general practice. The early years of his practice in west Georgia were spent representing the nation’s largest real estate title insurance company and their insureds. The disputes were wide-ranging. The money on the line was big. Oh and did we mention this representation was during the Great Recession period? The economic crash caused multiple Georgia banks to fail. With bank failures, came mountains of disputes about the validity of loan documents and property valuations. It was the wild west (pun intended) of trials. Cade Parian‘s best estimate is that he represented over 500 people and companies during this time against large banks tasked with taking over the smaller failed banks by FDIC. Hundreds of jury and non-jury trials were conducted where he was lead counsel. To say these cases hinged on very specific and laser-targeted details is an understatement. Contract law, bankruptcy law, construction law, and real estate law were all common topics in these cases.
