Being intentional with your decisions and constantly learning is what drives my approach to work and life.I’m an undergraduate at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Business with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance, along with the Global Business Certificate.Leadership roles at the CU Rec Center, PickAPeer Tutoring, as a Resident Advisor, and through consulting projects with Leeds Consulting Group have shaped how I approach ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.I’m joining Bain & Company because I value high performing teams, steep learning curves, and work that delivers real, measurable impact. I’m energized by complex problems, clear communication under pressure, and growing alongside people who push each other to be better.I enjoy turning insight into action, whether that means aligning a board’s strategy to a long-term vision or helping a client navigate a high-stakes decision.
