ABOUT CADE CHANDLER

I am a people-focused professional with a strong interest in organizational behavior, leadership development, and the systems that shape workplace performance. My career began at 15 at McDonald\'s, where I quickly learned the value of operational discipline, service excellence, and team reliability. That foundation deepened during a summer of landscaping: long days laying sod and shoveling rock that reinforced resilience, accountability, and pride in delivering quality results.Since then, I’ve grown within SafeStreets USA (an ADT Authorized Provider), beginning as a customer care agent and advancing into a dealer logistics leadership role. While I developed strong operational and process management skills, what has mattered most to me is leading through influence; aligning cross-functional teams, improving communication between stakeholders, and building systems that enhance performance and accountability. I’ve become especially interested in how structure, incentives, and leadership behaviors shape both culture and results.Beyond my formal role, I’ve led volunteer teams and mentored individuals navigating academic and career transitions. These experiences strengthened my ability to coach others, develop talent, and foster growth through clear expectations and consistent support.I am currently preparing to pursue graduate study in the MILR program at Cornell, where I aim to deepen my expertise in strategic HR, labor relations, and organizational leadership. My goal is to contribute to organizations not only through operational excellence, but by helping design people systems that drive engagement, performance, and long-term success.
