About Charles Barresi
Using a background in theatre to jazz up training development since 2011. I lead, educate, and empower people to produce high quality work and find the value in what they do. My peers can always turn to me for honest advice or a quality dad joke.Whatever the task, I\'ll step in, tackle it head-on, and be ready for the next challenge. As a brand new supervisor, I successfully turned around a struggling unit by implementing a new training procedure. It resulted in improved performance among new-hires and increased staff retention and was later adopted by other supervisors and managers. Out of the office you can catch me taking pictures of my dog, rewatching old episodes of Parks and Rec, and brushing up on my trivia to be the next Jeopardy champ.Things I\'m good at: public speaking and presenting, talent development, recruiting, social media, materials design and development.
