Implemented a cloud-based warehouse management system for a direct-to-consumer operation that had previously not used one. Partnered with vendors to build custom extensions and work flows to meet VICI\'s business needs. •To support paperless warehouse operations, I designed a touch computer program. Included in this program were upgrades to the network, the build out of secure charging cages, and a mobile device management platform. •Managed the integrations and business logic between the WMS and other components of the tech stack including an ERP and OMS. •Performed root cause analysis to determine operational deficiencies. Used these briefs to guide future features and fixes.
