I am a qualified Chartered Accountant over 4 years of experience in Finance Industry. I have gained hands on experience relating to statutory reporting & financial reporting during my journey. Currently working in UBS, as a part of Global Variable Compensation Team. My role involves accounting, posting entries, reconciliation, and reporting related to employee share-based compensation in compliance with IFRS and Swiss GAAP. I manage month-end close activities, funding analysis for employee awards, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports and commentaries. I also support audits and ensure SOX compliance, while working with systems like SAP and other internal financial interfaces. Earlier that I was part of Global Statutory Reporting Team. I was responsible for preparation & finalization of Financial Statements for respective EMEA entities in accordance with IFRS, Local and US Gaap, resolving the auditors queries and ensuring the FS filing on timely basis.
