The CMP Group is a leading supplier of marine coatings to the shipping industry and has been dedicated to the industry for more than 100 years. Now CMP has also ventured in industrial coatings for niche areas.My Role / Responsibilities for CPIN are:a) Leading a team and ensuring that work meets the company standards.b) Managing entire finance department by ensuring the timely processing of transactions such as payables, receivables, payroll and taxes.c) Oversee the preparation of financial statements (in Indian GAAP and IFRS framework) alongside the quarterly/annual financial audits.d) Leading the annual budgeting process along with financial forecasting and analyzing variances.e) Compliance\'s with all the applicable regulations including GST, Income Tax and FEMA.f) Monitor the cash flows and ensure that necessary funds are available for its operations.g) Project costing, analysis and reporting.h) Managing Import and Export Documentation.i) Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports to Headquarters.j) Responsible for all Secretarial matters and MCA Compliances.
