About Vaibhavi Kl

Over the past three years of my articleship, I had gained extensive experience in statutory audit, primarily working across diverse industries such as manufacturing, fintech, startups, trading, cost-plus entities, and NBFCs. I have been actively involved in the consolidation of IND AS and AS financial statements and was part of special assignment on first-time adoption of IND AS for a client. In addition to independently managing audits, I have also guided and mentored team members, ensuring smooth and efficient audit processes. My work has included audits of accounting software transitions clients, tax audits, preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, and providing regular certifications for NBFC clients. Additionally, I have contributed to Internal Financial Control (IFC) assignments, further expanding my expertise in regulatory and compliance matters. I was also honored with the prestigious Bharatiya Award during my articleship, recognizing my dedication and commitment to excellence. This varied exposure has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, audit procedures, and tax compliance across multiple sectors.
