The deals I have exposure in are both buy side, sell side of having million to billion dollar EBITDA and revenue. Have good exposure with Business analysis, QofE adjustment, Trend analysis, KPIs and then eventually putting everything together in a report. Articleship- I have worked with Lunawat & Co as an article assistant where in I handeled audits like bank audits, internal audit, financial audit and leaded the audit in my final year of articleship. Had been involved in development of the Firm\'s bulletin of various ammendments in laws and financial matters.
