I bring over 12 years of extensive professional experience across audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory, with a deep specialization in non-profit financial management, CSR advisory, governance frameworks, and ESG reporting. Our firm operates with a multi-city presence, enabling us to support corporates, NGOs, trusts, and institutions across diverse geographies with consistent quality, responsiveness, and strategic insight.My work focuses on end-to-end advisory for non-profits and CSR-implementing entities—ranging from financial structuring, compliance management (12A, 80G, FCRA, CSR), internal controls, and MIS design to governance implementation, board-level reporting, and donor-ready financial systems. I actively collaborate with organizations to strengthen transparency, accountability, and sustainability, while also assisting corporates with BRSR reporting, ESG readiness, and supply-chain ESG alignment, including support for ESG ratings and disclosures.As a Chartered Accountant, supported by certifications in Information Systems, CSR, ESG/BRSR, and Concurrent Audits, and a strong academic foundation in Mathematics, I bring a structured, data-driven approach to regulatory reporting and strategic decision-making.
