Presently working as Associate Leadership Team in Internal Audit Department of ICICI BANK.An experienced professional in Audit and Compliance function in banking and stock broking industry having conducted internal audits/inspection of stock brokers and internal functions of Bank. Have 8 years experience in internal audit function of ICICI Bank and 5 years experience in Inspection department of National Stock Exchange.Currently handling Treasury and Risk Management Audits which includes Capital Adequacy computation audit, Credit risk management, liquidity risk management, operational and market risk management audits including the respective functions for subsidiaries ICICI Bank Canada and ICICI Bank UK PLC. Have handled Finance function audits which includes Financial reporting, MIS reporting, SOX audits, taxation audits and regulatory reporting audits, payments and payroll audits. Also conducted seperate audits involving remaining audit teams and cutting across different business functions in kysing thematic audits and integrated audits. Working knowledge of SAP, Finacle, RAM applications and Power BI and Power query usage. Responsible for handling a team of 5 to 6 CA\'s directly and 15 to 25 CA\'s indirectly.Previously worked as Assistant Manager in Inspection and Compliance Department having conducted and managed inspections of large, mid size and small size brokers and also been part of Enforcement Department handling matters post inspection.I am a NSE Certified Market Professional ( Level-3 ) as well as Certified Master of Business Finance certificate course of ICAI.Presently pursuing FRM and learning AI and other certification courses.
