Conduct CRP-review in FS review on a quarterly basis, ensuring adherence to established standards and identifying areas for improvement.Perform thorough Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations for high-risk accounts such as AP Trade, AR Trade, Bad debts, and Inventory accounts, effectively identifying and highlighting BS Risks & Opportunities to key stakeholders.Prepare and analyze activity ratios including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted working capital ratios.Review comments from the local credit team regarding bad debts, implement proper action plans for recoveries and write-offs, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.Actively participate in month-end General Ledger (GL) close activities, meticulously monitoring GLs for P&L accuracy and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.Conduct GL vs Subledger (SL) reconciliations, troubleshoot and eliminate variances, ensuring data integrity and consistency across financial records.Evaluate inventory provision valuation through comprehensive analysis and discussions with plant operations.Proactively identify control gaps and inefficiencies, promptly notifying the FC team and driving process efficiency enhancements through proactive problem-solving and leveraging advanced tools such as Excel and Power BI.Provide valuable assistance to the FC team by generating ad hoc reports and conducting insightful analysis, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, I consistently strive to exceed expectations and drive positive outcomes for the organization.
