Rupesh is a Chartered Accountant (First Attempt at all levels) and has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (ACCA) with 15 years of battle tested experience in Business Partnering, Strategic Pricing, Revenue Assurance, Investor Relations, and CEO & CFO office roles. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Jio Haptik Technologies Ltd, a Reliance Group company and global leader in CPaaS & Conversational AI. Rupesh has been instrumental in Haptik’s turnaround, driving the company to EBITDA profitability, operational efficiency, and financial self-sufficiency. In addition to leading the Finance, IT, and Legal functions, he has also played a key role in shaping and executing business strategy, working closely with the leadership team on capital allocation, business transformation, and international expansion.Before joining Haptik, Rupesh was the Finance & Strategy leader at Bijnis, a B2B e-commerce platform, where he built and scaled the finance & strategy function from scratch in close collaboration with the founders. Prior to that, he led Business Finance at BlackBuck (now listed on BSE & NSE), owning full P&L responsibility, GTM planning, new initiatives, and finance transformation projects. Rupesh also served as a Finance Business Partner at Infosys, managing three of the company’s largest global accounts with combined annual revenue exceeding $750M, and led revenue assurance for key verticals.
