ABOUT RUNITA BEZALWAR

I am Chartered Accountant, having experience in the areas of US GAAP reporting, Corporate Finance, Statutory/Internal and concurrent Audit and Direct/indirect taxation. My current role involves : • Coordinate all TIR UAT activities throughout a project lifecycle, including related involvement in initiatives where there is an impact to TIR. • Manage and develop UAT Strategy Plans for complex testing of initiatives across multiple applications and business areas. • Lead testing efforts covering UAT preparation, UAT execution, defect handling and report on progress • Lead UAT teams to develop test cases and scripts for front-end and back-end applications. • Prepare and execute test cases approved by TIR subject matter experts. • Design and produce UAT reports at project and program Level. • Communicate and report quality/health of testing based on key metrics from: dependencies, quality of turnover of requirements and code from partners; performance of testing; teams\' ability to meet project deadlines • Lead defect management efforts - ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. • Design a path for automation of testing. • Support FRSS\' Service Delivery model with all stakeholders • Contribute towards departmental requirement to adhere to strict regulatory and compliance requirements per tax authority and Citi policy.
