I am a Chartered Accountant currently working as a Senior Executive – Global Performance management at Unilever Limited, supporting the Global Distribution Cost and Supply Chain Overheads function. In this role, I collaborate with Global Cost Controllers and cross-functional teams to drive performance management through budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis. I contribute to monthly financial reviews by analysing actuals versus forecasts, identifying key cost drivers, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across Global Business Groups, Business Units, and National Management Units.Previously worked for SDU- Internal Audit.I have a strong foundation in internal audit, process audits, and risk management, built through hands-on experience in industries like healthcare, gaming, infrastructure, and insurance. My work revolves around identifying control gaps, evaluating internal processes, and recommending solutions that align with compliance and business goals.From end-to-end reviews of procurement, payroll, revenue, treasury and HR processes, designing Risk control matrix to testing IFCs, assessing operational risks, and validating accounting treatments under IND AS. I bring a structured and analytical approach to every audit.
