I’m Ritika Baser, a Chartered Accountant with around 5.8 years of experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, audit, and compliance. I have a strong founda on in IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and financial planning, and I’m known for streamlining financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Currently, I work at Nium India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Finance Analyst, where I lead budgeting, forecas ng, MIS reporting, and cost analysis. I began my professional journey during my ar cleship at O. P. Dad & Co, working on audits and tax assignments for tex le clients, which laid the groundwork for my analy cal and technical skills.
