ABOUT RAVIKUMAR UPADHYAY

Chartered Accountant with around ten years of experience in a large listed organization, currently working in the area of financial reporting, consolidation, and application of Indian Accounting Standards to business transactions.I am involved in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, including a foreign subsidiary, review of revenue recognition, estimation of credit loss provisions, and preparation of agenda for financial results for Audit Committee and Board Meetings. My role also includes coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government auditors, and handling audit queries and observations.Over the years, I have worked across project finance, corporate reporting, and senior finance office functions, which has helped me develop a clear understanding of accounting treatment, audit requirements, and governance processes. I follow a practical and structured approach, with focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of matters. I am comfortable handling responsibilities independently, while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
