ABOUT PRAJAKTA GUPTA

I am a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Statutory Audit, Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, and SAP-driven Financial Analysis. I have worked extensively on PSU Audits, Ind AS Compliance, Risk Assessment, Internal Controls, Tax Audit, and MIS Reporting across diverse industries.During my articleship, I led key audit engagements, including the statutory audit of MahaMetro, a major Central–State PSU with assets exceeding crore. My work included audit planning, control testing, variance analysis, cost analysis, financial statement review, and preparation of audit reports. I have also handled tax audit filings (3CA–3CD, 3CB–3CD), GST reconciliations (GSTR-9/9C) and financial data validations for private companies, individuals, trusts, and corporates ranging from ₹5 crore to ₹410 crore in turnover.In addition to audit and compliance, I have contributed to Corporate Finance–focused work, including MIS dashboards, budgeting support, financial reconciliations, working capital reviews, and process improvements. My proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, Tally ERP, and Advanced Excel (Pivots, Lookups, Dashboards) helps me analyze large datasets and deliver accurate, actionable financial insights.Beyond technical work, I bring strong leadership and communication skills. As the Vice-Chairperson of WICASA Nagpur (2022–23), I led a team to conduct over 100+ events, coordinated conferences with 2,500+ participants, and served as Master of Ceremony at national-level CA conferences—strengthening my abilities in stakeholder management, public speaking, and collaboration.I aim to grow my career within Big 4 Audit/Assurance or Advisory, or in Corporate Finance / FP & A, where I can leverage my strengths in financial analysis, audit execution, internal controls, and process optimization to support organizational performance and long-term strategic goals.
