   Managing FP & A, General accounting, Reconciliation and MIS reporting. Key deliverables are as follows: Supervise daily accounting operation and monthly closing activities of US, China and Canada region entities and Finalized TB, P&L and Balance sheet of these entities. Work with offshore consultants/ CPA to reconcile the monthly books as per local compliance. Reconcile all intercompany transactions on monthly basis (Both P&L and Balance sheet). Manage cash flow for all global entities. Managing all auditing requests and prepare replies for the same to be presented to local auditor and Group auditor. Decision Making Support- Critical Analysis of business unit P&L and helping leadership team in decision making based on financial data and part of all financial related management decisions. FP & A- Planning, Budgeting and forecasting. Variance analysis of Actual V/s Forecast, Tracking and reporting KPI for Management decision making. Consolidation of Financial Statements- Before merger with Nagarro Group, also prepare consolidate financial statements for entire ATCS group (six legal entities in six countries). Variable Incentive computation- Compute variable incentive based on top line, bottom line and other terms and conditions for Top level management. Due Diligence audit related to Merger & Acquisition- Lead due diligence audit during merger of ATCS group with Nagarro group in CY 2021. Managing all auditing requests and prepare replies for the same to be presented due diligence audit committee.
