Funds planning at plant level and ensuring timely payment to the vendors. Monitoring of collection plan vs debtors ageing and funds requirements at plant level by due discussion with Sales and SCM teams and advising fund requirement, forecast with the HO finance team. Finalization of the pricing to be followed for stock transfer between the inter unit plants. Monitoring of AOP vs Actuals and Ensuring AOP targets were met without any major deviations. Monitoring books of Accounts and MIS Reporting. Monitoring of Stocks ageing and ensuring there is no piling up of stock as slow-moving stocks in terms of working capital norms. Monitoring the timely preparation and reporting of statutory reporting and financial statements of the plant and providing timely support to Consolidation team for timely reporting. Monitoring overhead costs and variance analysis and advising production team on areas of improvements. Ensuring proper Internal control procedures are in place and monitoring of effectiveness of the controls in place. Ensuring timeliness and accuracy in reporting of group, and legal requirements Finalization of budgets, Rolling Forecast, Variance analysis etc. MIS and Root Cause Analysis for Variances and implementing CAPAs. Providing Management responses to the Audit observations and bringing areas of improvements with a root cause analysis and ground level discussions with a view to problem solving approach.
