I am a Xero Certified Senior Accounts Executive at Slate Accounts LLP since June 2024, where I handle key accounting functions including payroll processing, Business Activity Statements (BAS), accounts payable (AP), and other core financial operations for clients, primarily based in Australia. My role demands a strong command over cloud-based accounting systems and a deep understanding of compliance and reporting requirements. Prior to this I was a finance controller in BLS Internal for RCIS region the most profitable geographical region of BLS and Domain Trainee at Genpact, a global professional services firm that delivers digital transformation solutions for clients across industries. I have been working with Genpact since March 2023, applying my skills and knowledge in internal audit and internal controls, accounting, finance management, and information technology.I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and hold a Master\'s degree in Business/Commerce from Pandit Deendayal Shekhawati University, Sikar. Before joining Genpact, I worked as a freelance consultant for SITA Industries and other clients, handling product design, sales, and overall management, as well as GST and ITR filing and registration. I also have experience as a manager at Jangir Interior Decoration LLC, where I was responsible for the company\'s legal compliance, purchasing, finance, and accounting functions, and prepared and settled UAE VAT returns. I am passionate about problem solving, entrepreneurship, and volunteering for the Art of Living Foundation.
