The one year training program has been divided into ll- Phase. In the l- phase we have undergone the different 18 finance departments of the company which include treasury, merger & acquisition, product line, plant finance, Group performance management, Accounting and Controlling, Procurement finance, Taxation, and many more. Under ll- Phase I have been working on my assigned project under the Accounting and controlling department. The objective of the program is to provide the bird eye view of how the automobile industry functions from the finance point of view, correlation of finance team with that of the operation team.
