I am a Chartered Accountant currently working as an Assistant Manager – M&A Tax at Deloitte India, where I support clients through the complexities of transaction tax, structuring, and cross-border deals. Stepping into the world of M&A has opened a new lens for me — one that combines law, finance, strategy, and commercial thinking. Every deal teaches me something new, and I am committed to growing into a professional who can advise not just on tax, but on business direction.Before Deloitte, I completed my industrial training at UBS, gaining hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, MIS, and business partnering. That exposure shaped the way I think today: finance is not just about numbers; it is about enabling decisions.My foundation comes from practical experience across statutory audits, tax audits, GST, data analysis, reconciliations, and direct tax filings, which taught me discipline, accuracy, and ownership at a very early stage.What drives me is simple — the hunger to learn and the belief that I still have miles to go.
