I am a Chartered Accountant. Cleared both group in November, 2018. My work experience is as follows:• Perform Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) of US companies. SOX experience includes performing interviews with process owners, documenting business processes in form of process narrative, identifying and mapping risks & controls, evaluating design and operating effectiveness of the controls, evaluating deficiencies and remediation plan. Performing D&I and OE testing for controls that are relevant from a financial audit (SOX) and internal audit perspective. • COSO 2013 implementation engagement for a large banking company. Since, the client was required to adhere to the COSO framework, been involved in performing gap analysis, drafting controls, and performing D&I and OE testing, being a first-time implementation for the client. • I had experience in handling Income Tax Assessment, Statutory Audit and dealing in ROC(Companies Act) related work during my articleship.I am very much comfortable in working in different areas and with different kind of people.
