I am working with PwC India in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team practice, Pune as a Manager. I have over 3.5 year of experience in accounting advisory. I am experienced in handling complex accounting scenarios including GAAP conversion under IFRS, Ind AS and US GAAP. I have an experience in preparation/ compilation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP. I have worked on many accounting advisory engagement including advising client on adoption of new accounting standard such as Financial instrument, Revenue recognition and Leases. I also have worked on various complex accounting advisory engagement such as issues relating to hedge accounting, share- based payment and business combination etc. I have also worked on large client as part of IPO readiness. I have extensive work experience of working with the cross border teams in UK, Denmark, Middle east, Netherlands, Italy etc. My domain of work industries include banks, NBCs alongwith groups and companies engaged in the Telecom, construction, IT services and mining sector. I also have worked with KNAV for 1.5 years in KNAV in audit department. I have lead the team to plan and perform the audit along which includes analyzing financial data and handling major areas like internal control testing, revenue, inventories, accounts receivable.
