I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant passed in Nov 2019 in first attempt. I have completed B.COM (hons) graduation from Delhi University.Currently I am working as an Assistant Manager in Macquarie Group for US based private Equity Funds management and investor reporting.I worked in Intertrust Group and GenNx360 IAPL as Assistant Manger for Funds Administration- Real Estate and Private Equity. Major Job Responsibilities include end to end Funds reporting starting from accounting to preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts, annual financial statements, managing cash flows, Handling Capital calls and distributions, ensuring tax and legal compliance, reconciliations, Audit Support, Investor reporting. Gained knowledge on Dynamics NAV, Allvue and Investran softwares.I have done one year of industrial training from Infosys Limited in Deal Advisory and Contract Negotiations Group part of Business Finance.I have completed 2 years of articleship from Sudit K Parekh & Co in Audit department and learnt various things about corporate, culture, financial statements understandablity.
