Karan Bandi, a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 2 qualified professional with a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce. With almost ten years of experience at Deloitte, I have extensively contributed to Deal Advisory, Deal Advisory Analytics, and Post Merger Integration. My experience spans various industries, including Manufacturing, TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), Consumer Business, Educational Industry and Financial Advisory.My career began as a Financial Due Diligence Advisor, where I supported major market players in Acquisition Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence across the UK, Canada, and Australia. I also provided IPO assistance services for a major UK healthcare IPO.Transitioning my focus towards the analytical aspect of Deal Advisory, I played a key role in the development, testing, and rollout of iDeal, Deloitte\'s automation tool. I facilitated iDeal bootcamps for Deloitte France, Deloitte Spain, and Deloitte Belgium, followed by a successful six-month secondment with Deloitte Chile.In my post-secondment period, I expanded my expertise in analytics by developing skills in visualization, advanced automation, and big data analytics, utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Query, and Data Models. These skills allowed me to deliver analytical insights for clients in various geographies, including the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, and Australia. During a 1.5-year secondment with Deloitte Netherlands, I assisted in developing TS analytics teams and coordinated directly with the Partner in Transaction Advisory business.Notable projects during my tenure include Loan Tapes Visualization & Analysis for a major European bank, Sales & Geographic Analysis for a leading Swiss watch distributor and manufacturer, and Snowball Analysis/Churn Analysis for multiple software service providers in Ireland, the UK, and the Netherlands.Following my secondment with Deloitte Netherlands, I manage a team within FA-ICC (Deloitte India), serving multiple Deloitte member firms on FDD analytics projects. I also developed expertise in Shibumi, a Strategic Portfolio Management Software Platform, enhancing our offerings within FA-ICC through Post Merger Integration support under the \"Deal Control\" initiative. Leading a team, I facilitated numerous integration and separation support services to clients covering Innovative Medicines Company, Banks, Financial Services Company, Telecommunication Company and Lighting Manufacturing Company across the UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Australia.
