Primary Job responsibility is analysis Creditworthiness of Customer, Financial Capability, Analysis CIBIL of Customer, Field Investigation, Physical Discussion (PD), Verification of Document & Property Paper, Issuing Sanction Letter, Preparing CAM, Uploading Document, Taking necessary Approval, Disbursement of File Payment and Taking Follow-up. • Also familiar with operation process like that Cheque Printing, Cheque Handover, Post Disbursement Document, Document Dispatch, Audit Query etc. • Handling 35-40 Cases every Month, with sanction Power of 20 lakh (sanctioned up to 3 cr with approval)• Average Docket size is 30-35 lakh with 60:40 Ratio of HL and Non HL cases.• Product under which loans are sanctioned is Home Loan (Primary, Regular, Affordable), Loan Against Property For business/Investment, Non Residential purchase, BT -Top up • Profiles with we deals likely is salaried, non salaried, Business man, Professional, contractor profiles, Real Estate Contractor and Govt. Contractor, etc.
