I successfully saved more than $200K annually by designing a financial planning technique in collaboration with the Engineering/Operations team. Additionally, I led an extensive customer contract review of acquired entities, identifying revenue leakages of over $1 million, which resulted in additional revenue and stronger control over the billing process. I contributed to the DRHP filing with SEBI, including KPI calculations and preparation of critical business sections, created and managed annual budgets of $130M in coordination with seniormanagement. Furthermore, I developed a business tool and dashboard that enhanced commercialteam performance analysis and spearheaded the integration of advanced data analytics tools into thefinancial reporting process, resulting in a 15-20% improvement in reporting accuracy and timeliness.
