ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of MIS, Budgets & Annual statutory accounts for respective APAC legal entities in accordance with local GAAP. Coordinate the audits with local Audit firms in order to complete audit and file the accounts before the due dates. Provide all supporting as requested by auditors. Work to address queries from Director during FS review to obtain approvals. Work with Tax team to obtain approvals on tax workings and disclosures. Book all statutory adjustments in Oracle to ensure Oracle Accounting system agrees to local statutory accounts.
