   Commercial Real Estate Debt Underwriting (as per Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae Provisions)• Producing and spreading Annualized and trailing 12 months cash flow for potential loan targets.• Worked on Financial Modelling, Cash flow analysis, Commercial Real Estate Underwriting and Portfolio Asset Management for a USA Client. Have overseen and Conducted Commercial Real Estate deals with ticket size of up to $2bn.• Concluding Due Diligence prior to closing of deal as per closing checklist.• Underwriting the Multifamily, Industrial and Office Asset classes deals as per statutory guidelines issued by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.• Studying the demographics to understand the unit mixes, interpreting all the sources of income & expenses through review of cash flow, ascertaining vacancy rates & rental income using rent rolls and using NOI to calculate key liquidity ratios’, DSCR, DY etc.• Assists is producing a “Screening Memo” that details property level information (photos, maps, property description, rent roll and cash flow), market information (comparable property metrics and location) and financial information (Capital stack, Debt Yield and loan information)
