ABOUT HEET JOBANPUTRA

I’m a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (Sep 2025) with hands-on experience across valuation, taxation, internal audit, IND AS assignments, and concurrent audit of a co-operative bank. My articleship at ABV & Co exposed me to diverse and high-impact engagements, including equity valuation for acquisitions and private placements, Ind AS impairment testing, and end-to-end income tax audits for businesses across manufacturing, services, and regulated sectors.I’ve worked on complex valuation mandates—DCF, Comps, NAV and SEBI-compliant assessments—supporting investment decisions, purchase price allocations, and regulatory filings. On the taxation front, I’ve led tax audits, prepared reports under 3CA/3CB–3CD, conducted slump-sale analysis, and handled compliance for domestic as well as cross-border transactions.My internal audit and concurrent audit experience strengthened my understanding of processes, controls, ERP workflows, credit monitoring, NPA classification, and regulatory compliance. I’ve also assisted in accounting master setup, PO workflow structuring, fixed asset register creation, and inventory verification across client systems.I’m passionate about finance, process improvement, business analysis, and using data-driven insights to strengthen decision-making. I\'m currently exploring opportunities in Valuation, Corporate Finance, FP & A, Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, or Finance Transformation roles where I can apply my analytical skills, structured thinking, and cross-functional exposure.
