Taking part in the agreement finalization along with legal, tax and business teams.• Planning and execution of merger activities for group companies.• Handled due diligence and the merger related activities for the biggest joint venture (Jiostar) in the entertainment industry.• Handled Shared Service Centre (SSC) set up in India for transition of SEA entities right from planning to execution phase. Managed the day-to-day activities related to C2C and revenue for 2 years with a team size of 5-8 people. This required extensive coordination with people from SEA region.• Handled Disney+ launch in 18 countries of EMEA with a team size of 5-6 people as a part of SSC. Worked on this project for a year till it got stabilized. This required extensive coordination with people from EMEA region as well as US.• Handled SAP upgradation and its migration related activities.• Coordination with tax, legal, treasury and compliance teams for day-to-day activities / opinions.• Review and ensuring timely payout of advertisement agency incentives.• Continuous involvement in process improvement and process standardization projects.• Coordination with statutory / internal auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.• Experience in US GAAP and Ind AS accounting standards.• Experience in US GAAP and Ind AS accounting standards.
