Client : Globally recognised US Based Investment Banko Leading walkthroughs, sending MOM with detailed design review observations and recommendations, developing test procedures, executing control testing and documenting testing for: a) Firmwide common controls (which is applicable for various LOBs and CFs like CCB, CIB, AWM, Legal, Enterprise Tech, etc.)b) Treasury non-SOX controls which are mostly related to Monitory & Oversight, Governance and Reporting, Reconciliation c) Treasury SOX Controlso Co-ordinating with 2LOD and Internal Audit team to support control testing and audit functions. o Reporting of audit results to stakeholders and working with them with corrective action plans.o Suggesting corrective measures with effective implementation to make operations more efficient. Providing testing recommendations for control improvement.o Performing detailed analysis of key processes to document the design of control.o Conducting design and performance evaluation on firmwide common controls and business controls in various LOBs and Corporate Functions etc.
