Lead process migrations and reporting enhancements across global teams. Collaborated with stakeholders for process improvements and reporting logic recertification. Overseen Datahub reporting tool Book of Work (BOW), driven automation, new report enhancements and reporting tool migrations. Managed Risk Management System (RMS) migrations for feed files used for VALC (Volume, Amends, Cancels & Lates) Metrics Reporting. Feed files from RMSs Kapital, Pyramid & Anvil migrated to Athena RMS.
