As a Chartered Accountant & Corporate Treasury Professional with 13 years of experience, I have helped organizations with their cash flow & working capital management for INR Mn, ensuring company’s funding requirements are met & dividends paid from surplus balance and returns maximized ~ 8-9% p.a. totaling to approx. INR 800 Mn, by strategically planning & forecasting cash flow & identifying areas for finance cost savings totaling to approx. INR 500 Mn by negotiating with respective bankers and stakeholders, bringing a complete turnaround from a Net Debt to Net Surplus. I have also helped organization manage their investment portfolio for INR Mn ensuring the company\'s investments are safe and completely secured and invested as per the Company\'s Investment Policy in the instruments which have high credibility as per rating agencies.
