Ensure to Proper and accurate accounting with adequate documentation, filing of all the documents, Records etc. And process of the bills i.e. Domestic Purchase Bills, Contractor bills, Job Worker’s bill, Issue of Debit/ Credit note to supplier as per PO/WO terms and conditions. Liaisioning with personnel department for timely data of salary, PF, ESI, contractor’s invoices & other bill of related to dept. Wise.4. Assist in closing of books of accounts, review of Trial Balance, GL Scrutiny, clearing of all GRIR as NIL.5. Assist in all type of Audits carrying on time to time under statutory Law as well as Internal Audit. Timely supplier payment as per PO payment terms after adjusting all advances and retentions, recovery, Debit or credit etc. And also arrange debit note/credit note accordingly and Making CPR for project payments.7. Timely vendor/customer/GL knocking off.
