Work Profile:•Credit Evaluation & Structuring: Independently lead credit underwriting for Large and Mid-corporate clients, structuring facilities with optimal pricing, terms, and risk mitigants in line with client profile and market dynamics.•Financial Analysis & Modelling: Analysing complex financials and developing forward looking projections by integrating industry outlook and business fundamentals to support sound credit decisions.•Risk Assessment & Governance: Identifying key credit and operational risks; ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards while maintaining robust documentation and risk grading.•Client Relationship Management: Serving as primary contact for CFOs and treasury teams; ensuring high client satisfaction through seamless delivery of credit, trade, and treasury solutions.•Stakeholder Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams, for ensuring efficient credit execution, risk alignment, and portfolio oversight.•Portfolio Monitoring: Regularly reviewing account performance, monitoring covenants and early warning indicators, and maintaining business hygiene through proactive risk surveillance.•Market & Credit Intelligence: Tracking industry trends, regulatory updates, and monitoring public disclosures/investor calls for informed internal risk assessments and strategy.•Revenue & Profitability Enhancement: Self-motivated in driving revenue growth by expanding wallet share, optimizing pricing to ensure risk adjusted returns, and deepening product penetration across client accounts.•Process Optimization & Leadership: Spearheading process improvement initiatives to enhance credit turnaround time and quality; mentoring junior team members.Highlights:Efficiently managing portfolio of over INR 1200 crores+ Achieved ~25% Y-o-Y portfolio growth in FY25.
